10min warm-up/stretching

30sec each, no rest between
 - step-ups
 - reverse lunges w/8lbs
 - jumping jacks
 - squats w/20lbs
 - jump squats
 - lateral raises w/8lbs

Rest for 30sec between sets
Repeat 4-5x’s
Post-stretching
Total time 30mins
         AVOCADOS
